Here, we undertook repairs to aged soft red clay bricks, carefully restoring their structure and then repointing with traditional lime mortar. The work was carried out across three storeys using scaffolding to ensure safe and precise restoration.
In addition to the brickwork, we completed essential roof repairs, rebuilding the verge and replacing damaged slates. We also upgraded the flat roof over the bay window, using felt to match the existing roofing on the opposite side, ensuring a seamless and durable finish.
