Our team has been commissioned to undertake a new build project for a 4-bedroom detached stone house in Syresham, Northamptonshire. The scope of work includes stonework, blockwork, 1st fix joinery, steelwork, Velux window installations, roof tiling, bespoke oak king trusses and purling, as well as the construction of a porch.
The stonework phase is critical in achieving the desired visual aesthetic for the exterior walls of the building. Our team will focus on using high-quality materials to ensure a durable and visually appealing finish. During the blockwork phase, we will construct sturdy and level interior walls and partitions to ensure the building’s stability and resistance to moisture infiltration.
For the 1st fix joinery stage, our team will install essential structural components such as door and window frames, which will impact the installation of finishes such as plasterboard and skirting boards. The installation of steelwork will provide additional structural support and stability for the building, while the Velux windows will allow natural light and ventilation to enter the building.
The roof tiling phase will involve selecting and placing tiles to ensure the building’s waterproofing and durability. Our team will construct bespoke oak king trusses and purling to provide additional support for the roof and ceiling. Finally, the porch will be constructed to create a welcoming entrance and provide shelter for the building’s occupants.
At every stage of the project, our team is committed to delivering high-quality work that meets the client’s expectations. We will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
