Tingewick

Our team recently completed a home extension project in the charming village of Tingewick, Buckinghamshire. The project involved adding a single storey extension to the existing property, which required us to remove internal walls to create an open plan kitchen and dining room, as well as a separate utility room.

To ensure that the extension blended seamlessly with the existing property, we used high-quality materials and paid close attention to detail throughout the entire construction process. We also installed a new kitchen and utility area to meet the client’s specific requirements, and built a beautiful hardwood garden decking area, perfect for outdoor entertainment and relaxation.

Although we faced some challenges during the project, such as tough ground conditions and access issues due to dry weather and nearby trees, our experienced team of three multi-skilled tradespeople, an apprentice, a lead contractor, as well as plumbers and electricians, were able to complete the project within the client’s desired timeframe of four months. The result was a stunning home extension that not only added value to the property but also enhanced the overall quality of life for the homeowner.
